Duck Harbor Terms of Sale

한국어 / 日本語 / English
These terms cover the products you can buy inside the Duck Harbor app with Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone and iPad). The link at the bottom of the in-app shop opens this page. Where the two stores work differently, we explain each one separately.

We sell the products below. Google handles the payment when you buy through Google Play. In the United Kingdom, Google acts as our agent and as merchant of record for Google Play purchases, and handles payment and taxes. Google's own terms apply to its part of the process.
When you buy through the App Store, Apple handles the payment. In the United Kingdom, Apple Distribution International Ltd. is the merchant of record for App Store purchases, and in South Korea it is Apple Services Pte. Ltd. In the other countries where we sell, Apple runs the App Store as our agent. Apple's own terms, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, apply to its part of the process.
2. What we sell
These products are the same on Google Play and on the App Store.
| Product | What you get | Notes |
| First voyage pack | 500 paid coins, 2 Whistles, 2 Nets and 1 Crane | Can be bought only once. |
| Remove ads | Turns off interstitial ads. Rewarded ads that you choose to watch stay available. | One purchase lasts. It can be restored on the same store account (your Google account on Google Play, your Apple Account on the App Store). |
| 1,200 coins | 1,200 paid coins | |
| 3,000 coins | 2,400 paid coins and 600 free coins | |
| 6,400 coins | 4,800 paid coins and 1,600 free coins | |
Whistles, Nets and Cranes are items you use inside the game to solve a level. Every product has fixed contents. We do not sell products whose contents are decided at random.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices differ by product. You can see them in your local currency in the in-app shop and on the Google Play checkout screen or the App Store purchase screen before you confirm. The Google Play checkout screen shows the final amount, including any taxes that apply to your purchase. On the App Store, Apple charges your payment method for the purchase including any taxes that apply, and your receipt from Apple shows what was charged.
- We charge nothing beyond that amount. Any mobile data costs for downloading the app or buying are yours.
- You pay with a payment method you have set up in Google Play, or with one on your Apple Account for the App Store, such as a card or your Apple Account balance. Google Play and Apple each decide which methods are available.
- Payment is taken when you confirm the purchase. On the App Store, Apple charges your payment method at the time of purchase or within a few days, and may group several purchases into one charge (as Apple explains).
4. Delivery
The contents are added inside the app right after payment. You need an internet connection to buy. If you were charged but received nothing, restart the app and tap "Restore purchases" in the shop. On the App Store, tap it on a device signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. If that does not solve it, email us with your order number from your Google Play purchase history, or, for the App Store, from the receipt Apple emailed you or from your Apple purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Paid coins and free coins
- There are two kinds of coins. Paid coins are coins you bought with money. Free coins are coins you received without paying, for example for clearing levels, watching ads, the daily gift, or as a bonus that comes with a coin product. We keep the two in separate ledgers and show them separately in the shop.
- When you spend coins, free coins are used first and paid coins cover the rest.
- Coins can only be used inside this game. They cannot be exchanged for cash or for currency in other services. Coins do not currently expire.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Who handles a refund depends on the store you bought from. Google Play purchases come first below, and App Store purchases (iPhone and iPad) after them. Nothing in either part limits any right the law gives you.
Google Play purchases (Android)
Through Google Play. Within 48 hours of a purchase you can ask Google for a refund. Google decides, under the Google Play refund policy. After 48 hours, that policy tells you to contact the developer, which is us.
Our policy. We apply the following to every customer who buys through Google Play, wherever you live.
- Within 7 days of a purchase, you can cancel it and get a refund for the part you have not used. For coins, that is the unused paid coins. For Whistles, Nets and Cranes, it is the unused ones. Coins and items you have already used are not refunded, and free coins are not refunded because you did not pay for them. If you used only part of a purchase, we refund the amount that matches the unused part, based on the purchase record and the paid and free coin ledgers.
- Remove ads takes effect as soon as you buy it. Once ads have been turned off, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can download the game for free and try it with ads first, and the Remove ads entry above says what it does. If ads were not turned off, or the product was not provided as described, this limit does not apply. It also does not affect any right to cancel that the law gives you.
- If a product was not delivered, or was not as described, we will deliver it again or refund you, even after the 7 days.
How to ask. Email contact@deepcraft.app with the details below.

Refund timing. Once we accept your request, we start the refund within 3 business days, to the payment method you used. Your card company or bank may take longer to show it. Coins and items that came with a refunded purchase may be removed.
App Store purchases (iPhone and iPad)
Apple takes the payment for App Store purchases, so refunds go through Apple. The 7-day policy, the e-mail form and the refund timing above are for Google Play purchases.
- Ask Apple for the refund. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple Account and choose "Request a refund". Apple explains the steps. Apple decides each request, and when the money goes back to your payment method, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for your country.
- United Kingdom. Apple's UK terms give you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. You can use Apple Account > Purchase History > "Withdraw Transaction". The right ends once delivery has started at your request and you have acknowledged that you lose it.
- Remove ads. It takes effect as soon as you buy it. Once ads have been turned off, we do not accept a cancellation of it, and Apple decides for itself whether to refund it. You can download the game for free and try it with ads first. If ads were not turned off, or the product was not provided as described, this limit does not apply. It also does not affect any right to cancel that the law gives you.
- If something went wrong. If a product was not delivered, or was not as described, email contact@deepcraft.app with your order number from the receipt Apple emailed you. We will deliver it again, and if you need a refund we will tell you how to ask Apple, whenever you bought it.
Coins and items that came with a purchase that Apple refunds may be removed.
7. Purchases by minors
A minor is a person under the legal age of adulthood where they live. If a minor buys a product without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the minor or their parent or guardian can cancel the purchase. The only exception is a purchase that the law says cannot be cancelled. This is separate from the 7-day cancellation in section 6. To cancel a Google Play purchase, email contact@deepcraft.app with the order number from your Google Play purchase history, as described under "How to ask" in section 6. To cancel an App Store purchase, email contact@deepcraft.app with the order number from your Apple receipt, and also ask Apple for the refund, as described under "App Store purchases" in section 6. On iPhone and iPad, parents can turn on Ask to Buy in Apple's Family Sharing, so that a child's purchases need a parent's approval. Apple explains how.
8. Your legal rights
Consumer law in many places gives you rights that no contract can take away. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and nothing here is meant to. Some examples:
- United Kingdom. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose and as described. If it is not, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that does not solve the problem, to a price reduction that can be as much as the full price. How the right to cancel digital content within 14 days applies to Google Play purchases is explained in Google's refund policy that applies in the UK. For App Store purchases, it is explained in Apple's UK terms (see section 6).
- Australia. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not a major one, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced. These rights apply to App Store purchases too, and Apple's refund page says that consumers in Australia and New Zealand keep their rights under the applicable consumer protection laws.
- New Zealand. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply to your purchase, and we do not exclude them. That includes App Store purchases.
- Canada and the United States. The consumer protection laws of your province or state may give you additional rights.
9. Questions and complaints
Email contact@deepcraft.app about any product, payment or refund. We answer in the order we receive messages.
10. Changes
If we change this page, we update the effective date above. Products you have already bought stay under the terms that applied when you bought them. Google Play's own terms and policies also apply to payment, and so do Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions for App Store purchases.
